Summer Solstice Labyrinth Walk

Summer Solstice Labyrinth Walk

Join us at Vision and walk our beautiful labyrinth that will be in the sanctuary. Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer. Walking a labyrinth is a form of active meditation which provides many benefits, and is a unique spiritual experience.

The summer solstice, also called the festival solstice or midsummer, occurs when one of Earth’s poles has its maximum tilt toward the Sun. It happens twice yearly, once in each hemisphere.
