A weekly group dedicated to raising our vibration, opening our hearts and deepening connection through simple and easy movements anyone can do.
Techniques will be offered from ancient wisdom teachings to the latest in neuroscience designed to let go of the day, reduce stress and worries, calm the nervous system and build a fun, heart centered, joyous community “This is not an exercise or a lecture class. Here we will learn to experience the mind-body as one and use it to facilitate the upliftment and healing of the whole being.” .
