Meditation Service – November 23rd

Each year Vision Celebrates Thanksgiving Week with our Meditation Service with Taize Prayer.

This service, which goes through the 5 Step Affirmative Prayer viscerally, goin deep in prayer and contemplation.

“Taizé” refers to a meditative, ecumenical Christian community in Taizé, France, and the simple, repetitive, prayerful music and services that originated there. The Taizé style of prayer is a contemplative service with songs, silent prayer, candlelight, and readings, aimed at fostering reconciliation and a deeper spiritual life. The music, characterized by short refrains sung repeatedly, is designed to help participants focus their thoughts on God.
