In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to “microdose” joy, reconnect with what nourishes your spirit, and create simple rituals that support your everyday life.
Led by Rev. Jeanne Phillips and Tauna Austin, you’ll discover how small, meaningful moments of care can restore your energy and bring more joy into your everyday life.
Join us in this supportive and fun gathering where you’ll learn new self-care skills, affirm your worth, and connect with like-minded spiritual seekers on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Rev. Jeanne Phillips is a Staff Minister at Vision and former hospice chaplain with more than 20 years of leading spiritual empowerment classes and groups. Also, guest facilitators with special expertise will be regularly invited to support your self-care journey.
