This promises to be a delightful afternoon of relaxation and inspiration, reminding women to embrace love and joy in every moment.
The event honors and celebrates the work of four local organizations supporting women in crisis:
Home Start, Sharia’s Closet and Sister League of San Diego
Help raise essential funds for women facing crisis
Why do women need help?
San Diego women facing domestic violence need safe shelter, clothing, and economic support to escape abuse and rebuild. Thousands of incidents occur yearly, risking children too.
Local groups face housing shortages and unmet needs. Proceeds from the Love Joy Tea Fundraiser will go to this year’s honoree organizations to help them to continue to empower women to stand strong.
