SUMMARY:Theta Drumming with Nico Tree Spirit
DESCRIPTION:  \n✨ DRUMMING JOURNEY: LISTEN. BREATHE. JOURNEY WITHIN. ✨\nWhat happens when you quiet the outside world and allow the rhythm of the drum to lead you somewhere deeper?\nA Drumming Journey is an immersive meditation experience designed to help you relax\, ground\, center\, and enter a deeply meditative state of consciousness. Through the steady rhythm of the drum\, you’ll be invited to slow down\, release the distractions of everyday life\, and explore your inner landscape.\n🌿 Your journey begins with grounding.\nWe’ll start with a brief welcome and check-in\, followed by guided relaxation to help you settle your body\, quiet your mind\, and prepare for the experience.\n🥁 Then\, the journey begins.\nFor approximately 50 minutes\, the steady rhythm of the drum becomes your guide. In this deeply relaxed state\, you may feel more open to connecting with ancestors and spirit allies—whether experienced as animal guides\, elemental beings\, angelic spirits\, or other forms meaningful to you.\n✨ There is no “right” way to experience the journey.\nYou may encounter images\, sensations\, emotions\, memories\, symbols\, or simply a profound sense of peace. Come with curiosity and an open mind\, and allow your experience to unfold naturally.\n🌙 Returning gently.\nWhen the drumming concludes\, you’ll be guided back to ordinary awareness. Those who wish to share will have an opportunity to reflect on their experience with the group.\nAnd because every journey needs a little grounding afterward… chocolate will be waiting! 🍫\nCome as you are. Bring your curiosity. Follow the rhythm. See where the journey takes you.\n🥁 Your journey begins with the first beat. ✨  Bring a mat to lay on.\nCost: $30 per person
